DCC Concepts DCC-D2SAP 2-Function Loco Decoder with 'Stay Alive'

An exciting new release from DCC Concepts, bringing another level of quality, functionality and value-for-money to digital control.

The 'Stay Alive' is a facility that allows continuous, uninterupted running, even when contact with the track is momentarily lost. This is particularly useful with smaller (0-4-0 and 0-6-0) locos which are prone to losing electrical contact over insulfrog points and dirty track. The 'Stay Alive' module keeps the loco running, acting as a 'back-up' power supply.

Also known as UPS (uninterruptable Power Supply) or Storage modules, this is the first time the 'Stay Alive' has been offered as part of the decoder 'package' and, importantly, it massively undercuts comparable products whilst retaining exceptional performance characteristics.
