Pre-ordered items will be dispatched to you within 2 working days of us receiving it in stock.

Where a pre-ordered item is no longer required, we will happily provide a refund up to 14 calendar days before it is due in stock.

As pre-orders influence our own ordering, the payment is no longer refundable after this point.

To ensure none of our customers waits an undue length of time before receiving their item, a product will only be listed for pre-order when we expect it to be in stock within 3 months.
